By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cr789 platform available at cr789.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with the cr789 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active cr789 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr789 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it periodically.

In all cases where cr789 liability is established, the maximum liability of cr789 to you shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits to your cr789 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cr789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
